Ayurveda is considered as the mother of the medication science. There is detailed description about the food which is good for health and which are b@d for health.
There are twelve those kind of food which are not good while mixing it. If mixed then it can be fatal to the health.
– Yoghurt, salt, lemons, and other fruits should not be mixed with milk. Like mango, berries, coconut, pomegranate should not be mixed with milk and yoghurt.
– Along with yoghurt you should not have pudding, panir, hot food and fruits with lot of water like watermelon, tomato, pineapple and melon.
-You should not have butter and honey in same amount at the same time. Drinking water with honey and butter my be fatal too.
– Having watermelon, cucumber, almond, melons and butter right after drinking water is also considered as opposite diet for your health.
– Ho*t milk should not be taken with honey. Honey should not be taken to any hot foods and also should not take h*ot honey.
– Never take radish and milk together. Having it together can increase the r!$k of lepro$y.
-Milk or milk product should not be used with fish
– After having pudding taking sattu and water with sattu can be fatal too.
– Butter kept in brass pot can be harmful for health.
– It is harmful to fry turmeric in ghee or oil while cooking vegetable. That kind of turmeric can cause different kind of diseases.
– Never have watermelon and duck’s egg together .
-These kind of mentioned food should never should be taken together.
